The Recruitment Process for Operational Roles SUE: I like what I do so I will be working here for a while. SUE: So you can just talk to anybody if you need to and that’s good in a workplace to have that. Sue pulls up to her second stop and gets her deliveries out of the van and talks with the manager of the Post Office. People look after people, and I guess we become a bit of a family cause we’ve been together for quite a while. And do it the right way and look after your customers.
